These forged driveway gates were installed by Harris Metalsmith Studio in 2008 for a private residence in Delaware. They are 16 feet wide, with a finished height of 8 feet in the center. Three forged iron trees fill most of the framework, while the bottom features water infilled with swimming fish. Many of the branches are accompanied by birds. Also included in the design is a squirrel, turtle, and three flying birds. This was a challenging but very rewarding project.
