We are pleased to host the Principio Furnace Hammer In, Saturday October 25th!

This event is sponsored by the Blacksmith’s Guild of Central Maryland. Mike Walker will be demonsrating treadle hammer techniques, leaves, and many other usefull techniques. I will also give a short demonstration after lunch. Lunch is a bring your own deal. There is no cost to attend, the guild simply asks that you bring an item for the “Iron in the Hat” raffle. This will be a great day of networking and sharing of blacksmith knowledge. You will also be able to tour the facinating Principio Iron Furnace remains. Hope to see you there!
